Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at TYME.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was delivered within the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product is not damaged
- The product is not a TYME brush, unless it's unused and in its new, factory-sealed packaging.
- The product is not a sale or promotional items, including demonstration irons, as these items cannot be refunded
- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges
Once your request to return the product is received, we will email you a prepaid return label to return the product. Please allow 24-48 hours once your return request is submitted to receive your return label. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Also, please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance by visiting https://support.tymehair.com.
Sale & promo items
Unfortunately, sale and promotional irons, including demonstration irons, cannot be refunded. Only regular price items are able to be refunded.
Try a StyleTYME Session!
If you are considering returning the iron, we would like you to know that our StyleTYME team has personally met with hundreds of clients over FaceTime, Skype, & Google Hangouts! Most customers end up keeping their TYME Iron and we usually get selfies afterwards! :) If you decide to book a StyleTYME session, we can extend your return window for an additional 10 days after your StyleTYME Session. The TYME Iron's technique is as unique as its design, that is why we would love the opportunity to teach you personally BEFORE you return it!
